hey,
i search a long time a tool 2 use cf-cards or sd-cards -usb-flash for boosting in xp – before i test a pagefile over usb.
on my handy-lap-amilo pro/1 gig/1,4ghz it works perfect !!!
nobugs at all – this time. i used the lapthe whole day.
in the next time i will buy faster usb-sticks – the max. speed is with my normal sticks 2,5-3x speed.
bootupis 3x faster.
not good working with pcmcia cards and smart-media -slow.

We have received several reports that some of the card readers does not give you a full speed of the card even if they are announced to be USB 2.0 compatible. This is probably your case.
