The software can not find the device.

I don’t know why the software can not find the device.
I exchange the device in the 3USB ports and the software can not find it.
I restart my computer and i don’t see changes. I tested with other pendrive, and nothing.

Is it Windows 2000? What is your system status: “Driver not loaded”?

I’m using Windows XP Home Edition.
The problem was solved with reinstalling the program.
