I too get this on my XP X64 machine. I'm having to go into eboostr and restarting the cache does fix it until the the next time. I usually use standby so don't see this behavior. But when I need to reboot for new drivers and programs I sometimes see this yellow eboostr icon, I then know I have to restart, it annoying but not the end of the world.

Can you please try "restart caching"? Does it solve the issue?

Probably your last reboot went wrong for some reason.
