Memory Card Capacity Error

By Tim | November 30th, 2008 | 9:24 pm

I uninstalled the previous build and downloaded/installed the build that was posted on Nov. 25th.  I’m still seeing an issue with the capacity displayed for my 8GB memory card (This is on an Acer Aspire 1).  Attached is a screen shot of the error as well as the capacity that is displayed during the installation.  The slider shows the correct memory size, but the box that you enter you key in is 4096.  Typing that in leaves the slider maxed out at 7771.  Draging the slider changes the value down from 4096.

Tim, sorry for that. There was a second problem with different interpretation of 4096mb. It was allowed by slider (because of slider ticks) but disallowed by parameter checking procedure (since maximum size of FAT file is 4095mb). Now this value is automatically decreased during parameter checking.

Thank you, Tim. Build 473 has a fix for this issue.
