I use both. I have a few USB 4Gb and a x2 2GB stick I don't use, so I just plug em in and the way they work for me. I only have 4GB of ram in my pc, and my 32 only sees 3.., so I ususally just set 1 GB for both 32 and 64 bit to use.

I'm using system mem for eBoostr. USB and Flash caches are handled by ReadyBoost.
I just seem to get better performance that way.
On my XP system I use a 4GB Fat32, 1 8 GB NTFS and 1 16 Gb NTFS = faster Flight Sim Game
