I had the same problem .... but like you said ... you can re-enable it.
Same here. Also happens if run system in Virtual Mode e.g. using ShadowDefender (or Returnil iirc) and after reboot. Not a big issue i'd prefer that it would automatically rebuild the cache if it's set to auto-start with windows.
