(Bug) "Start Caching" and "Restart Caching", menu bar section is not disabled.
= It do that, when i use the "Remove" button to remove a Cache, and when it have no Chache enabled, it not disable in the menubar of the, Eboostr Control Panel = the option "Start Caching" and "Restart Caching", it not grayed and when i click on it it seem to do nothing.
