When we use Ramdisk and eboostr at the same time, initialize of Ramdisk faild.
(Ramdrive will be created, but it indicates "You need to make this drive formatted")
it occurs when both eBoostr and Ramdisk uses ummanaged memory.

They fight for the ummanaged memory is why. Eboostr was told there was ummanaged memory so it trys to build a "ramdisk" for that ram and while doing so, the ramdisk is all ready had something there built and is being told its not anymore. So you either have to run one or the other. Or you can just let the ramdisk have its way and then build a cache device off that.

Yea if the ramdrive doesn't do this for you autoly you will have to formate it your self.
Sorry, i'm not quite sure how to go about the use of "Ramdisk" unless you post a link or some more information on the program you used for this.
i used "Gavotte Ramdisk". it's automarically allocate all unmanaged memory for ramdrive,in spite of we set the size much smaller value(like 64MB).
i suppose that this problem may be resolved by changing Ramdisk-software, so i'm going to try another one.
i have tested another Ramdisk-software: "Vsuite-Ramdisk".
in this software, we can limit the size of the ramdisk even in unmanaged resion,so i set the size of ramdrive"1024MB",and configue eboostr to use ummanaged memory 1024MB. there are near 2.5GB free ummanaged memory.(My PC have 8GB RAMs)
then reboot.
it seems to be succeeded, but my trial does not have effect in the end.
Keeping free unmanaged memory has no relation to failure of initializing of ramdisk.
