I seem to have a problem with eboostr cache file corruption on the first boot after a defrag. I usually get a blue screen then I restart in safe mode, delete the cache file and rebuild it after the next boot.
Anyone else have a similar problem?

What defragmenter are you using? I've been using MyDefrag without the same issue arising. Perhaps the program you are using is overly aggressive and forcibly moving the file while it is in use?
Same opinion with Col. ONeill. After seeing zenic's comment, I did defrag by using "Ultimate Defarag". I do not have any problem. Here is my question - Didn't you defrag your USB flash memory? If you did it, then the problem will occur .... of course.
I was having Smart Defrag do a nightly scheduled defrag and that seemed to be the biggest problem. I've also used UltraDefrag and that seemed to work OK but IIRC I needed to rebuild the cache or I would have trouble with files/drivers missing.
Bunji94, again. Each one's configuration of PC and combination of installed programs/software's are different. Generally, information provided in the forum is so limited, unfavorably ..... For that, the most of posts on the forum can hardly be examined by the developer, I guess .... assuming if I were one of the developers. PC easily causes some problems when new hardware is installed or new software is installed as everyone knows, and it is extremely difficult to identify the most probable cause of the problem, as every one knows. In such circumstance, detailed bug report may help but vague report, generally, will be ignored by the developer because they in no way can figure out the cause due to less information.
Sorry for a long introduction. Well, I am using several defrag tools such as Ultimate Defrag, Smart Defrag, Ultra Derlag, Puran Defarag, etc., and testing them periodically each by each. As for my case, fortunately, I have not encountered the reported problem in using eBoostr. Again, as far as my PC configuration and installed software environment. In order for us think about the problem and its some resolution on the forum, we'd better share more detailed info, is my opinion. This is my general opinion to the forum, not specific to the post above. If I made someone feel bad, I sincerely apologize for my poor English which is not my native language .....
