   At start-up, if you choose to build a cache, the window close but nothing happen.

   You must open the control panel and choose again to build a cache.

   Windows xp sp3
   3gb ram

   Theres 2 "build" the caches, the 1st one just builds the files and the 2nd builds the cache it self.

   Unless something else it up.
