Chooky has don a great job on some benchmarks that show off eboostr is better then the one found in vista/7.

RB
Only caches files less than the 4K mark and can only cache things on a RB mark vista/7 fast USB.
EB:
Speed up disk access (by redirecting reads to fast device).
Smooth system runnning (by parallel read processing under heavy load conditions).
Build cache in unused RAM.
Works on older OS (XP,NT, some others), other then vista or windows7.
Supports both USB and non-USB removable media devices (CF, SD/SDHC, MMC, xD and other memory cards), as well as additional hard disks.
Just some off the top of my head... others may have more.
eBoostr is Readyboost/Superfetch done right! If Microsoft hasn't started some sort of negotiations with eBoostr to include this technology in Windows 8 they should be. The eboostr team should become part of MS the way Sysinternals and Mark Russinovich did. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/default.aspx
If eBoostr had access to the secret ways of the windows kernal it could probably have even more power and performance.
Also, I think we should have a compare and contrast showing off what EB can do and what RB can't do on the front of the website.
Yeah, a ReadyBoost vs eBoostr comparison would be great marketing IMHO.
Also, eBoostr lets me prioritize apps to load into cache.

Also, lets you exclude some files and folders from being cached
(which I think is a great feature for system that do not have large caches).
