Add Cache Last Updated Information

I would be nice if the eBoostr control panel displayed the date and ime of the last cache update, and the time remaining until the cache was next eligible for an update.

    I think it’s a great idea because sometimes i think that eboostr did not refreshed the cache to be as sharp as possible
