Vista Start Menu will not open when clicked (Build 485)

After installing Build 485, the Start Menu in one of my Vista Ultimate 32-Bit machine will not work. Clicking the Vista Orb (Start menu) will not open the Start Menu. After I uninstalled Build 485, everything goes back to normal.
