Build cache now

Why do I have a choice to “build cache now” or not. This has probably been answered elsewhere so please forgive me if I am being redundant.

    If you choose ‘NO’ cache will be created on computer idle time. It helps if you do not want to spend this time right now.

    In addition, you can add more devices before building cache.
