Exlude list. Exluding USB and CD by default.

I found one problem, cashing files on a removable devices such as USB-stick and CD.
And %TEMP% folders must be exluded too.

    May want to just let it do its thing. You maybe using a program on that USB stick, so its best to just let it cache it so it can start up faster. The temp folder is also used by programs that store some temp information, so its best to keep that too inside there.
