Build 465 for public testing

The new build 465 is published and it will go to public testing. This way we are going to celebrate eBoostr one year anniversary. Yep, our first version was released a year ago :)

    Check speed not working for me. It doesn’t launch.

    Try to build cache. Cache fill for flash drive is 0% no matter how many times I try to rebuild cache.
    Random read speed is a huge 1943349 KB/s.

    Louie, it does not work if you have an empty or missing cache.

    decrypt, are you also using RAM cache? It has the maximum priority and all most frequently used files are placed there leaving your flash device empty. Please allow 2-3 days for more stats to be gathered.

    Version 3 resets/deletes all the statistics you have before.

    Andrew, I got another problem. Sometimes there is a unknown inactive device appearing in the eboostr control panel.
