Allow to browse to applications

I just installed it an hour ago.  My Lattude D500 usually need 4 minutes to start up.  But it only need 1.5 minute with eboostr.

I noticed that it only set priority of the applications that have shortcuts on start menu.  It’s better allow select a program by full path.

You can drag-and-drop any application or a shortcut into the accelerated list.
