Defrag and the Flash Drive

This is a question rather than feedback. I think Beta 3 rules. All my programs seem to startup much faster since I added the 2GB flash drive to my 2GB of RAM, but I wonder if I would further improve my speed by running Defrag on the Flash Drive? I don’t want to ruin what I have, what are your thoughts, will traditional defragging effect what appears to be page files on the Flash Drive?

Generally, defragmentation helps to access disk faster, but this will not help much in our case.
We do one big file allocation while creating cache and do updates of this file without reallocation. So no fragmentation will be.
