Driver is not loaded

OS: winxp sp3

Hardware: T7200 1.5G ram

when i install Eboostr v3 finished,reboot computer ,The control panel display  “Driver is not loaded”

    Please try to re-install the product. If this will not help then download and execute the following utility:
    http://www.eboostr.com/files/check_driver.exe
