Whit Beta 3.1 and auto update turned on, even if I manually checked for updates I got the same results there are no updates, you are running the latest version.  Installing Beta4:First I uninstalled beta3.1 and rebooted the PC.Second I install Beta4 and the next popup appears, EBstrSvc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.
