Ratios below 1.0 with Transcend 4gb SDHC?

I have a Fujitsu MHW2120BH (4 Partitions, 2 NTFS-vista, 1 ext3, 1 linux swap) on my rig right now, using EB 3.0 build 482 with a Transcend Class 6 4gb SDHC (all of it for EB). My speed reports are as follows:
Direct access speed: 11.199 MB/s
Cache enable access speed: 7.012 MB/s
Ratio: 0.626
Does this mean I’m actually running slower when using the EB cache?

With a (generic?) 1gb Micro Center SD, my results are:
Direct access speed: 14.180677 MB/s
Cache enable access speed: 8.248366 MB/s
Ratio: 0.581662
This disk is supposedly helluvalot slower than the other one. What gives?

What is the “random read speed” displayed in eboostr control panel for your card?
It seems you are using USB 1 card reader. Unfortunately it will slow up the system due to very low speed
