Settings.ini missing

Installed v3.0 build 482 over my licensed copy of 2.0.2 build 424. The settings.ini file is missing from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\eboostr. Please provide details of the parameters that can be set in this file, as well as details of there purpose. Alternatively a sample of the file would be most helpful.

    This file is not created by default.
