After downloading I get the message that the setup file of beta 486 is corrupted…

    Please try to download the setup file once again, preferably using a download manager (i.e. Flashget) or another browser (i.e. Firefox).

    In addition you can try to add some random chars at the end of the URL for the file to be re-downloaded and not taken from the corrupted cache. Like this:
