It sounds like you’ve installed the Demo version, instead of the Beta?

Yes, seems that you have the Demo version. Can you please check the “About” dialog box?

You can try to delete the file “license.dat” in the “C:\Program Files\eBoostr\” folder and re-install the product.

Thanks, you have the BETA version and it should no pause. Strange… Do you have any error messages in the system event log related to eBoostr?

Can you please check the file version of the following file: “C:\Program Files\eBoostr\eBstrSvc.exe” (right-click on it, select “Properties” and open the “Version” tab)

I have a strong feeling that this file (a service actually) is on old one and was somehow left from previous version.

OK then. Can you please check the following when eBoostr will go in the “paused” mode next time?

    1. In the services management console check if eBoostr service is running.
    2. Check the system event viewer for any errors/warning related to eBoostr.
