Troubles

I think there’s a conflict problem beetwen eboostr and windows media player 11. Because when i open wmp in about 4 -5 minutes there’s a crash that reboot my computer and after that when i open newly wmp it tell me about a plug in problem..
Maybe there’s a conflict because both wmp and eboostr wants to use the usb device, one to sincronyse and the other to cache..

Sapphire, the two are DEFINITELY related. When I boot WMP, it takes a good long while to become usable, if it doesn’t just crash outright. With eBoostr off, WMP is functional normally. I’ve never had a problem with actually having to reboot my computer itself, however.
The “plugin problem” it tells you about isn’t necessarily at fault. It’s not an actual problem with plug-ins, but WMP upon crashing simply turns off all third-party plug-ins that may have caused the crash, for troubleshooting purposes when you start it up again.
I wasn’t aware that anyone else had this issue, and in fact I attributed WMP’s odd startup to poor Microsoft coding rather than eBoostr.
What’s interesting now that I’m doing some minor testing is that I’m currently not experiencing the issue. I’ll follow up on this.

I had this issue too a while ago… The WMP freeze upon execution if the usb flash in inserted, fine without flash. Fixed by formatting the flash and recache.
