Why can’t eBoostr build the cache while the files are accessed?

Everytime eBoostr rebuild the cache, disk access goes up and slow down the whole system. Why not build cache while the files are accessed? I believe a lot of users would be happy if it is done this way.

i don’t knwo if i made myself clear. let me detail it a bit: the cache should be updated constantly and without it being disabled.
