xp – slow shutdwon

I have an HP Pavillion zv6130us amd64x2 2.0ghz 1.25gb ram.

startup is much faster – about 150 seconds versus about 420 seconds with eboost, BUT!!!!

Shutdown takes forever with it on.  It takes about 90 seconds b4 I even SEE the question aboutshutdown/retstart/logoff.

Then it takes about 3-4 minutes to shutdown which it finally does, but sometimes it’s awkward waiting when I am in a hurray to get going.
