    No problem, I’ll delete your duplicate post.

    What do you mean by “becomes invalid”?

    You can just place the cache file in the RAM, there is no need in using RAMDisk.

    If it reboots in RAMDISK created by
    “Gavotte RAM”, it will disappear from the cash device column.

    In RAMDISK created by “RamPhantom3”, after a reboot has no problem.
