new files being created after upgrade to 486(7)

The files are still being created and sometimes not deleted (there are always between 3 and 12 of the etilq……. files present).
I also noticed that the badlnk.dat file content is not changing anymore since build 486. In previous versions it was changing together with the filestat.dat file.
is this correct/related?

etilqs=sqlite database temporary files.
they were moved from temp folder in 485 build, since some users reported problem with temp folder configuration. This files are created with ‘delete on close’ attribute and they are deleted even if you kill ebstrsvc.exe process. But we will insert additional clean up procedure.
badlnk.dat contain list of link files from start menu which does not points to applications. it used to speed up application search. So it is ok if this file is not modified.
