By Andrey Zarudnev | November 14th, 2007 | 2:28 pm

The new version 1.0.1 (build 383) is available for download only to you, our Beta team, for a quick test before releasing it to public. It contains the new interface language (Dutch) and some improvements in the “Build cache” process.

This version is not available for an automatic upgrade, please use the beta downloads page to get an installation file.

If this version will not show any stopper bugs till Friday, we will release it to the public.

1.0.1 is so much better. the only thing i can point out is the cache fill starts at 100% and drops from there.the normal user will think someting may be wrong or never see it at all.My random read speed droped from 9.3 to 5.4 but i have not lost any speed in loading the programs. So far so good. have not found any problems

I tried to install Version: 1.0.1 build 385.
I get a message that my version 1.0 build 381 will be upgraded, but after installing (no reboot required?) I still have my previous version.

Conclusion: upgrade not completely done !

    WakeUp from Stand-by

FIRST things FIRST. Still no problems with Eboostr, like it very much.
    One more question:
Maybe its my configuration. It happens over and over again: WakeUp from Stand-by refuses to work whilst having the eBoostr-Stick plugged in. When I unplug the stick first, WakeUp from Stand-by works fine as usual. Maybe its the way WindowsXP handles USB-drives???

I have not found a prolem with waking from standby. maybe a problem with the flash drive.

    Please, Support, tell me:

Can we use eBoostr with our USB key under write-protected mode? If not, data stored in it could be deleted with the use of eBoostr (for the sake of boosting performance, as advertized)?

    Thanks in advance.

MCHAL, no your data is safe while using eBoostr. It will not corrupt or delete it in any way. You set the size of the cache file while adding and this space is reserved for eBoostr, and you can use the remaining space as you wish.
