Suggestion : auto clean up for long time no use cache

As my topic say, please add an auto clean up for long times no use cache. example for some program has been uninstalled but the cache are still inside the cache. (need to rebuild cache)

eBoostr updates the cache contents each hour during the idle time, so the next rebuild they will be removed.
