cache device problem fixed

figured out what the problem was with the usb device. When formatting the usb device it seems to take a long time allocating cache file. Going into device manager the usb device was set for quick removal and not optimal performance. However once changing that I was able to format the drive using the ntfs system. Once doing that I chose the device from control panel and when it was allocating the cache file no problems.

NTFS system allocates free space much faster. But with NTFS you always had to eject device. Surprise removal can produce ‘delayed write’ errors
